At The Warmie, we proudly ship personalized blankets to customers in the Stati Uniti. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Tempo di elaborazione dell'ordine

All blankets sold by The Warmie are made to order.

Processing time includes:

  1. Custom design preparation

  2. Production and quality control

  3. Packaging for shipment

Processing Time:
3 to 6 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Spedizione costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Spedizione fees are non refundable.

6. Indirizzo errato o incompleto

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  1. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  2. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

  3. Additional shipping fees caused by address errors

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.


7. Pacchi smarriti o ritardati

If your package is delayed or lost:

  2. We will open an investigation with the carrier

  3. If the package is confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion

Carrier delays do not qualify for automatic refunds.


8. Pacchi danneggiati durante la spedizione

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contatto us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  3. Do not discard the product or packaging until the issue is reviewed

Approved cases may receive a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including:

  2. Weather conditions

  3. Carrier disruptions

  4. Government actions

  5. Customs inspections
