At The Warmie, we proudly ship personalized blankets to customers in the Verenigde Staten. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Bestelverwerkingstijd

All blankets sold by The Warmie are made to order.

Processing time includes:

  1. Custom design preparation

  2. Production and quality control

  3. Packaging for shipment

Processing Time:
3 to 6 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time.


2. Verzendtijd en leveringinschattingen

Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are:

5 to 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Verzendkosten

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  1. Order size and weight

  2. Shipping destination

  3. Selected shipping method

Shipping fees are non refundable.


4. Trackinginfo

Once your order ships:

  1. A shipping confirmation email will be sent

  2. Tracking information will be provided when available

Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take time to appear.

For U.S. customers:

  1. Customs delays are outside of our control

  2. The Warmie is not responsible for customs clearance delays

  3. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer


6. Onjuist of onvolledig adres

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  1. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  2. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

  3. Additional shipping fees caused by address errors

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.


7. Verloren of vertraagde pakketten

If your package is delayed or lost:

  1. Contact us at thewarmie.info@gmail.com

  2. We will open an investigation with the carrier

  3. If the package is confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion

Carrier delays do not qualify for automatic refunds.


8. Beschadigde pakketten tijdens verzending

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  3. Do not discard the product or packaging until the issue is reviewed

Approved cases may receive a replacement or refund.


9. Overmacht

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including:

  1. Natural disasters

  2. Weather conditions

  3. Carrier disruptions

  4. Government actions

  5. Customs inspections
